All our skycandles are sent out using either Royal Mail or DHL.



UK Orders
All orders received before 11am on a working day (Monday to Friday (excluding holidays)) will be dispatched the same day. First class mail usually is received the next working day but please allow up to three working days within the UK.

Next day delivery By 1pm
We also offer a “next day 1pm” service. This service is available to orders received up to 12pm and is an option at the checkout.

Non-delivery
Should you not be in to receive your parcel then please leave a note on your door ( if you have a friendly neighbour!) otherwise a slip will be posted through your door informing you that a delivery has been attempted and directing you to your nearest post office to pick your skycandles up.

European Orders
Most European orders take about five days to be delivered. Please be as descriptive as you can in giving your address as this will ensure your parcel gets to you.
